Terms of Service

Below is general terms of service I promise and supply, along with guidelines to know before commissioning me. Commissioning me is an automatic agreeance to my TOS, and I presume you've already read and accepted these terms.

First and foremost.
I have the rights to decline or terminate a commission if I find it has in any way violated my terms.

Wills and wont's, Do's and Donts.

• Understand that I am capable of drawing anything. Creature, human/oid, Anthropomorphic, robotics, landscape etc. I can draw these things in any way you like, but there are boundaries.

 

• I am a mostly SFW artist and rarely if ever draw anything NSFW. I do not wish to be affiliated with NSFW content. Inducing me to any may result in blacklisting, and or blocking.
   

• I will not draw fetishized art, things that come off as raunchy or explicit will be withdrawn from my interest.
   

• I will not:

  • Provide random discounts - Discounts are for Patrons only​

  • Invite clients to servers, games, or personal hangouts. 

  • Accept any form of racial, sexual, derogative, or hate speech in art, or towards me.

  • Accept unprovoked calls - I must consent to your call before considering.

  • Join any toxic non business conversations or drama.

  • Make any form of extra content of your commission for you. (ie: videos, tiktoks etc.)

  • Unblock / un-blacklist someone.

  • Personally deliver. Shipped items only.

Privacy.

• Your information is confidential! (email, address, name, age etc) will be protected. I will not share this information across any social media or public platforms. I may share your social account to tag you as my customer and properly credit you for your character or product. (Unless specified otherwise.)
   

• I hold the rights to post or not post the artwork you have commissioned, unless agreed upon otherwise! (ie: a company keeping their project secret until release.)
   

• Additionally to your information remaining protected: My information is also safe. I am not obligated to send any form of information. (face, ID, name, age, number etc) asking for private information will lead to warning, and may lead to termination of commission, and or blocking.

Estimated Time of Arrival / Completion.

• I have a commission lineup for multiple clients, ETA will fluctuate. 
   

• Most works take roughly between 3-8 hours, depending the job. I work on them for several days (typically an hour or two a day. The delivery itself MAY take up to a full month, depending on the lineup of commissions and projects. Larger Projects will always come first over commissions, unless commission is a "Rush order"
   

• I have a full time job and am working on multiple projects and likely have commission orders in front of yours. everyone's artwork is worked upon differently based on complexity. more complex art will take more time! So I cannot promise a perfect scheduled estimation for the completion date of your piece.
   

• Rush Orders: I will accept rush orders / timed orders. Rushed orders may have an upcharge as I will be focusing on your piece over other's projects, including my own to complete it in the time frame.

• Company ETA. If you work with a company (and can provide proof / are looking to hire me for my work) I will work on scheduled ETA without requiring "Rush Order" so long as I am being paid by company pay. (What other artists and workers are being paid at your company.) 

  • Unless your company does not have an established price for it's workers, then my prices in my commission tab should be referred to.
